When Ben Sopra burst onto the scene it took the JDM world by storm. It's wild full body conversion on a RWD GTR was so impactful it even appeared as Brian's GTR in Fast and Furious 6. Originally the car was developed for D1GP by JDM super tuner Blitz and under that massive front cowl are a pair of big Garrett turbos pushing the power out to the 1000hp mark. The unique bodywork is incredibly aggressive and has a decidedly race car feel to it and that's not by chance. Things like the receded front fenders, deep sideskirts and big overfenders are all the result of careful design, penned by a professional aerodynamicist with experience in Super GT. This car may also be credited with starting the massive extended GT wing craze too!
