The 1990 Calsonic IMPUL R32 GTR just might be the icon of all icons. While the R32 GTR notably won every single JTCC race it competed when it debuted for four straight years, the Calsonic cars were the winningest - taking home the championship in both the first and the final seasons. The impact the Calsonic team had in the opening 1990 season for the BNR32 Group A chassis was nothing short of stunning. The now iconic livered team started in pole position for every single race and won five out of six of those races. Not only that, but the only race they didn’t finish in first, they finished in second. Toshio Suzuki and Kazuyoshi Hoshino drove for the 1990 season, with Hoshino-san also being crowned the series champion that year too. Along with the Taisan R32 and Tooheys R32, this 1:64 scale model is one that no collector should be without!
