While overnight shipping from Japan would be great, unfortunately the reality is a little different for those of us not living inside a movie! We regularly ship to over 40 countries including the USA, Canada, the UK, countries in the EU, Australia and New Zealand (full list at the bottom of this page) however we can also ship countries not listed although shipping times may take longer than usual and pricing can be significantly higher.

 

Shipping rates

Delayed shipping times sucks for everyone, so we've made it free for our 20 most popular locations.

Free shipping with no minimum - Applied automatically for US, Canada, UK, Australia & NZ orders. No code needed!

Free shipping for orders over $50 USD is standard for 43 countries (full list at the bottom of this page). For orders under $50 USD use code LAUNCHCONTROL at checkout for free shipping! 

Standard rates without discounts are:

Orders up to $49.99 USD = $20 USD
Orders over $50.00 USD = FREE
Japan orders up to $20 = $10
Japan orders over $20 = Free

 

Shipping times

We serve a wide range of countries and have several suppliers so shipping times will vary for each order. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing at the warehouse or supplier takes an additional 2–4 business days depending on demand. After processing, your shipping time will be calculated from either our warehouse in Japan or directly from one of our manufacturers around Asia. Every order will include full tracking as soon as your order has been prepared to ship. 
    • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse/ supplier to the destination. Standard shipping for US orders are usually shipped by e-packet when available, which is a US Postal Service product. Orders to most other countries are also shipped using e-packet and their partner organizations . 

    In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, you may get your items in separate shipments but you will only have to pay a single shipping fee (or free when applicable). Nearly all our orders involve international shipping and generally take 1 to 2 weeks (Update: 2 to 4 weeks) to arrive.

    Below is a general guide to shipping times by region: 

    North America: 7-10 days (Update: 2 to 4 weeks)
    EU: 7 - 10 days (Update: 30 to 40 days)
    Russia / Ukraine: 7-15 days (Update: 30 days)
    Australia / NZ: 7-10 days (Update: 2 to 4 weeks)
    Japan / East Asia: 7 days (Update: 2 to 4 weeks)

Please check the product description for "Express shipping available" and contact us with the product name and destination country and we'll get back to you with all of your available options.     Customs and Duties

    All shipments go through traditional customs and clearances (which may require customers to pay fees on arrival). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all such applicable import duties and taxes. 

     

    Destination Restrictions

    Unfortunately we are unable to support shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses at this time. We are working with our suppliers to offer this in the near future. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping to these types of addresses.
