We serve a wide range of countries and have several suppliers so shipping will vary for each order.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 10-15 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-4 business days.
• International orders generally take 15-25 business days to be delivered and we ship within 2-4 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $50.00 will have free shipping.

• Orders under $49.99 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

After processing, your shipment will be dispatched from either our warehouse in Japan or directly from one of our manufacturers around Asia. Generally, whichever is fastest will be selected but also depends on stock levels and availability. Every order includes full tracking.

You may get your items as separate shipments but you will only have to pay a single shipping fee (or free when applicable). Nearly all our orders involve international shipping and generally take 1 to 2 weeks (Update: 2 to 4 weeks) to arrive.

If your tracking number results in 'Not found' or something similar, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. Occasionally, the tracking number changes between international and domestic shipping but you can rest assured, every order is tracked and may simply need to be manually updated. 

We use 17track.net for tracking as it is available for multiple countries and in multiple languages which supports the various countries we ship to.  However, country-specific services for the order destination will give you the most accurate estimated delivery times (e.g. USPS for United States, Australia Post for Australia etc.).

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-day (30 for members) Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: the Return & Exchange Policy begins the day item is received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email sales@jdmglobalwarehouse.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Returns and refunds are not possible for change of mind or mistakes made by the customer.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
