This little highway stop situated at the bottom of an almost never ending spiral in Yokohama Bay has become an important and integral part of Japanese car culture; it symbolizes the craziness, diversity, and unique originality that makes Japan such an interesting place to the rest of the world. While the owners usually enjoy parking their cars next to similar ones and meet friend subgroups or clubs, everyone is welcome and respected. 

 It turns out that all you need to have a good time is a highway parking area in the heart of an artificial island in Japan 😂.
