Fuel Fest - Special full day event, November 24 at Fuji Speedway!

What is Fuel Fest?

"A place where you can find passion through cars and music".

Originally planned for late August, this event has been rescheduled for November 24th.

Fuel Fest features a collection of top modified, exotic, performance and rare cars from around the world. Visitors and participants can enjoy live drifting, drag racing, and live music all in a single event!

FuelFest has been growing its events across the US and is now coming to the legendary and historic Fuji International Speedway this August! Fans can enjoy a massive car show, a trackday on the circuit, drifting, music, surprise guests, and more! FuelFest brings "all the action, all the time". Cody Walker, brother of the late Paul Walker, and Tyrese Gibson, founded the company in 2010 when Paul was still with us and the festival "FUELFEST" was established to protect the non-profit disaster relief organization Reach Out World Wide. A portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to Reach Out World Wide, the nonprofit organization founded by Paul Walker. Everyone in Japan who loves cars, movies, fans of the Fast and the Furious, and people who loved the late Paul Walker will be gathered together for this unforgettable and fun event.

Option 1: VIP lounge ticket - 33,000 yen

1 ticket to enter the VIP Lounge (children of elementary school age and older also need a ticket). You can use the VIP Lounge (air-conditioned) on the 2nd floor of the Pit Building. Complimentary VIP food and drinks are available.

Option 2: Two-shot ticket with overseas celebrities - 220,000 yen

Includes a two-shot commemorative photo shoot with an overseas celebrity + an autograph at a special venue. Up to 6 people per group can be photographed at the same time. Bonus: Limited edition T-shirt gift set.

*Due to changes in overseas celebrities' schedules, the number of participants may change. (Photo shoots with 1 to 3 celebrities are always held).Since the number of participants is limited to 50 people, the shooting time will be approximately 1 minute.

 

Your day will begin with a pick up from Yokohama or Tokyo at around 10am where you'll experience the journey out to Fuji Speedway and likely also spot other JDM and motorsport fans on the way there too. Once there, your consultant will take care of all entry requirements and you can marvel at all the other tuned JDM cars that owners have driven to the event! You can enjoy the trade stands, tuner shop demo cars, and drifting runs either freely or with the guidance of your consultant.

With one of our guides you'll get to participate in Japan's tuning scene with a local and fellow car enthusiast in their turbo-charged JDM car - rather than spectating from an average rental 😄. If you have an international license you can rent a car but the highway system can be very difficult to navigate and GPS often lags due to the number of tall buildings and multi-layered road network.

Meeting Points

Meeting points will be arranged directly with you and each consultant. It will be a customized location that will be both easy for you to access and to avoid morning traffic congestion. For Jae it will likely be in the Yokohama area, and for Max the Tokyo area.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Please fill in ALL fields when making a booking.
• Read all the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page before scheduling a booking.
• In case of rain, booking can be re-scheduled or cancelled/ refunded at least 24 hours ahead of time.
• Refunds for any reason will incur a 5% processing fee.
• Pick up and drop off must be from the same point.
• Meets at Daikoku PA are not organized and as such there are no guarantees as to which cars and how many will be there.
• Police may close the PA early if it becomes overcrowded, obviously this is out of our control but consultants will endeavor to maximize your time there.
• Strictly no alcohol or drugs. Consultants may cancel with no refund if they believe passengers to be intoxicated.
• Participants must be at least 10 years of age or older and accompanied by at least one adult. The consultant shall not assume responsibility for supervising the child/ children.
• JDM Global Warehouse does not set prices/ hours. Booking conditions and availability are set by each individual consultant.

 

Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. These terms and conditions outline the rights and obligations of both the customer (referred to as "you" or "the customer" or "the participant") and the provider (referred to as "we" or "the consultant"). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Confirmation:

a. To make a booking, you must provide all necessary information accurately and completely.

b. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit.

c. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without providing a reason.

Payment:

a. Payment for the booking must be made in the currency specified by the company.

b. Full payment or a deposit, is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

c. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify the consultant in writing at least 24 hours beforehand. The cancellation is effective from the date of receipt of the written notification.

b. Our cancellation policy will determine any applicable fees or refunds.

c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the same manner as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes and Amendments:

a. If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking, you must notify the consultant in writing. The consultant will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs.

b. The consultant reserves the right to make changes or amendments to a booking itinerary, including but not limited to the order of visits, and transportation, without prior notice. In such cases, the company will provide suitable alternatives.

Insurance:

a. It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, personal belongings, trip cancellation, and any additional risks associated with the booking.

b. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the booking, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the consultant's negligence or wilful misconduct.

Health and Safety:

a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the activities included in the booking.

b. You must follow all safety instructions provided by the consultant and other representatives.

Liability:

a. The consultant shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

b. The consultant's liability for any loss, damage, or injury shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the booking.

Privacy:

a. The consultant may collect and process personal information provided by you for the purpose of confirming and operating the booking.

b. The consultant will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the consultant is based.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Intoxicated or Drugged Passengers:

a. For the safety and well-being of all participants, it is strictly prohibited to join a booking while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

b. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who is deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, without providing a refund or compensation.

c. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own sobriety and must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol and drug consumption during the tour.

No Drifting or Breaking the Speed Limit:

a. Participants of the booking must comply with all traffic laws, including speed limits and regulations, at all times.

b. It is strictly prohibited to engage in drifting, reckless driving, or any other unsafe driving practices during the tour.

c. The consultant reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately and without refund if a participant is found to be engaging in drifting or breaking the speed limit.

d. Participants are responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from their non-compliance with traffic laws.

Safety:

a. Participants must treat the consultant with respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may compromise the safety or well-being of the consultant.

b. Participants should refrain from distracting the consultant during the booking, allowing them to focus on safety responsibilities when applicable.

c. The consultant reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately and without refund if a participant engages in any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of the consultant or other participant.

Seat Belt Usage:

a. All participants are required to wear seat belts when traveling in a vehicle, as mandated by local traffic laws and regulations.

b. Participants must comply with the driver's instructions regarding seat belt usage and ensure that seat belts are properly fastened before any travel begins.

Prohibited Items:

a. Participants are prohibited from carrying or using any items that may pose a risk to the safety of the consultant, other participants, or vehicles.

b. The consultant reserves the right to refuse service or request the removal of any prohibited items.

Emergency Situations:

a. In the event of an emergency during the booking, participants must follow the instructions provided by the consultant, including evacuation procedures if necessary.

b. Participants should familiarize themselves with the emergency exits and safety equipment available when in a vehicle.

Reporting Safety Concerns:

a. Participants are encouraged to report any safety concerns or incidents to the consultant promptly.

b. The consultant will take appropriate action to address reported safety concerns and ensure the well-being of the participants.
